The Essence of Law: The Commemorative Pen of Neapolitan Advocacy
This exclusive fountain pen is not just a writing instrument, but a true portable monument to the history and legal tradition of Naples. Featuring a fine, hand-turned resin in a vibrant marbled azure hue, the pen blends classic aesthetics with the ancient symbols of justice in Naples.
Symbolic and artisanal details distinguish the collection.
The Seal of Authority. Atop the cap sits the engraved inscription "Ordine Avvocati Napoli" (Order of Lawyers Naples), accompanied by the universal symbol of the scales, testifying to the balance and equity that guide the profession.
Forensic Identity. A refined central band bears the inscription "Avvocatura Napoletana" (Neapolitan Advocacy), an honorable reminder of belonging to one of the oldest and most prestigious legal forums in the world.
Historical Architecture. The barrel is embellished with a high-relief engraved band faithfully reproducing the facade of Castel Capuano, the historic seat of the Neapolitan courts. On the back, the date 1780 commemorates a significant year for the evolution of law, the year in which Naples made legal history worldwide by establishing the first register of lawyers, created to regulate the legal profession under Ferdinand IV of Bourbon.
The Imperial Frieze. The clip is surmounted by the Double-Headed Eagle, an iconographic detail taken directly from the marble friezes of Castel Capuano, a symbol of vigilance and the dual nature of power that observes the past and looks to the future.
