Description
xPompeii, a Greek colony from the 7th century BC, later dominated by the Etruscans and finally the Romans, owes its name to the Gens Pompeia. Destroyed and completely buried under many meters of ash and pumice during the catastrophic two-day eruption of Vesuvius on August 24, 79 AD, it remained hidden for nearly 1,700 years before its accidental rediscovery in 1748. Since then, excavations have uncovered a detailed snapshot of city life during the Roman Empire. Today, Pompeii is one of Italy's most popular tourist attractions and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Pompeian Red color is beautifully represented in the veined and mother-of-pearl resin bands that characterize the Gens Pompeia collection. The central band of the bronze barrel reproduces in bas-relief the famous fresco "The Bacchae" found in the Villa of the Mysteries in ancient Pompeii. Brass clip and separating rings. Shipping is available throughout Italy for all orders. Marlenpens.com ships to Italy and worldwide with leading couriers. Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, excluding holidays. On Saturdays, orders are processed only and then shipped by courier on the Monday of the following week. Your order will be ready for shipment within three days of payment. Orders will be carefully packaged and then delivered to the couriers with an invoice detailing prices and discounts.
TRACEABILITY:
You can check the status of your delivery at any time using the GLS tracking service. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery time depends on the destination of the products.
In Italy (DDP) delivery is expected within two days of shipment;
In EU countries (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within three working days from dispatch;
In non-EU countries (DDU) delivery is expected within three working days from dispatch;
In the rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days after shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any returns for size or item exchange, please contact the WhatsApp number and request the exchange, which will always be carried out by Marlenpens.com via courier.
To return with a refund, always contact the WhatsApp number within 14 days of delivery of the package, request the return with a refund. The return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be sent to Marlen Pens via Fratelli Cervi, 33, 81030 Sant'Arpino (CE). Once the product has been received and verified that it has not suffered any damage, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
