Description
xA tribute to one of the greatest artists the human race has ever known: Sandro Botticelli (real name Alessandro Filipepi). Determined by a timeless beauty subtly veiled with melancholy, and with a greater focus on the human figure than on the background and setting, he produced his most famous masterpieces at the Medici court: Primavera and The Birth of Venus. Only 18 pieces of this fountain pen were made worldwide, crafted from silver and Italian resin, with bands interspersed with silver rings; both the barrel and cap come in shades of hazelnut, brown, and dove gray. At the top of the cap, a silver disc reproduces the Marlen logo. The central section of the barrel is hand-painted and reproduces a miniature of Botticelli's The Birth of Venus. Each pen is individually painted using a special technique. The 18K gold nib is decorated with an engraving of the painting's central figure: Venus in the Shell.

Shipping and Returns
xSHIPPING:
Shipping is available throughout Italy for all orders. Marlenpens.com ships to Italy and worldwide with leading couriers. Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, excluding holidays. On Saturdays, orders are processed only and then shipped by courier on the Monday of the following week. Your order will be ready for shipment within three days of payment. Orders will be carefully packaged and then delivered to the couriers with an invoice detailing prices and discounts.
TRACEABILITY:
You can check the status of your delivery at any time using the GLS tracking service. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery time depends on the destination of the products.
In Italy (DDP) delivery is expected within two days of shipment;
In EU countries (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within three working days from dispatch;
In non-EU countries (DDU) delivery is expected within three working days from dispatch;
In the rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days after shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any returns for size or item exchange, please contact the WhatsApp number and request the exchange, which will always be carried out by Marlenpens.com via courier.
To return with a refund, always contact the WhatsApp number within 14 days of delivery of the package, request the return with a refund. The return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be sent to Marlen Pens via Fratelli Cervi, 33, 81030 Sant'Arpino (CE). Once the product has been received and verified that it has not suffered any damage, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
