xThis wonderful and exclusive Limited Edition is dedicated to the origins of humanity. The collection consists of 38 fountain pens and 28 rollerballs and is crafted from Italian resin, horn, and hand-enamelled silver. A special hot enameling technique was used to depict the painting. Hot enameling is a process that involves the liquefaction of powdered crystals at temperatures between 650 and 800 degrees Celsius. Numerous steps are required to produce the final product. The subject is first painted on a transparent enamel base using colored crystals mixed with special oils. The pen is then fired several times to secure the painting. Once the desired result is achieved, the miniature is covered with a layer of transparent enamel and finally polished. The end result is a prestigious instrument, full of antique charm.

Shipping and Returns
xSHIPPING:
Shipping is available throughout Italy for all orders. Marlenpens.com ships to Italy and worldwide with leading couriers. Orders are processed and shipped during our business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, excluding holidays. On Saturdays, orders are processed only and then shipped by courier on the Monday of the following week. Your order will be ready for shipment within three days of payment. Orders will be carefully packaged and then delivered to the couriers with an invoice detailing prices and discounts.
TRACEABILITY:
You can check the status of your delivery at any time using the GLS tracking service. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery time depends on the destination of the products.
In Italy (DDP) delivery is expected within two days of shipment;
In EU countries (DDP) delivery is approximately expected within three working days from dispatch;
In non-EU countries (DDU) delivery is expected within three working days from dispatch;
In the rest of the world: delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days after shipment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any returns for size or item exchange, please contact the WhatsApp number and request the exchange, which will always be carried out by Marlenpens.com via courier.
To return with a refund, always contact the WhatsApp number within 14 days of delivery of the package, request the return with a refund. The return shipping is at the customer's expense and must be sent to Marlen Pens via Fratelli Cervi, 33, 81030 Sant'Arpino (CE). Once the product has been received and verified that it has not suffered any damage, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase.
